In 2009, Our wildlife enclosures in the back of our 2-hectare land was made unusable after the contractors contaminated it with illegal landfill. Designed as a rehabilitative centre and halfway house for the illegal wildlife trade victims and injured native wildlife, our original land was reduced to a mere 0.5 hectares overnight.
Fast forward to 2024, we’ve cleared surveys and thorough testings, and we’re revving up preparation to repurpose a portion of the land.
This massive project will take $50,000 for the initial steps, which we’re raising via our Festive Season Fundraising Campaign. This amount will cover the necessary documentation and preliminary clearing work, and we need your help!
We’re thrilled to invite you to our Open House on Saturday, 23rd November! Join us for guided tours around the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre, engaging talks, and fun family-friendly activities.
Discover how you can make a difference in the animal protection movement and directly support animals rescued from the illegal wildlife trade.
See you at our Festive Season Fundraising Open House!
