Subsidy For Spaying Of 2 Female Cats (Hew Sook Yean�s)

Hew Sook Yean is a butcher in the USJ area and she is getting as many cats as she can spayed in the market where she works.

We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of 2 female cats brought in by her.
