Sombats Smile Says It All. When We First Found Som..

Sombat’s smile says it all. 🥰

When we first found Sombat, she was badly injured and heavily pregnant. If she’d have been on the streets much longer, we dread to think what would have happened.

But thanks to your support, she was brought to the safety of the shelter, where she delivered her two healthy puppies and received the care she needed to make a full physical recovery. 🙌

Once they were old enough, Sombat’s puppies found their homes. And not long after, it was her turn! With the help of our partner rescue The Barking Lot in California, USA 🇺🇸, Sombat was adopted by a loving family late last year. Here’s what they have to say about her:

“Sombat (now known as Raven) is fitting in so well with her new little family!

She was so timid when she first arrived, and seemed afraid of being indoors. She would try to sleep outside in little holes she dug instead of coming inside!

It has also taken Raven some time to adjust to her big brother, Rohan. She still is not as obsessed with playing as he is (I don’t think anyone is to be honest), but she has come a long way.

Raven still LOVES the outdoors and gets incredibly excited when we take her hiking, and living up here in the mountains means she gets a lot of that!

We have loved watching Raven slowly come out of her shell and show off her spunky little personality. We love her dearly and now can’t imagine our lives without her.”

🐕 There are so many dogs at the Soi Dog shelter waiting for the chance Sombat has had. To meet them, please click here: https://links.soidog.org/adopt-a-dog-like-sombat
