The inhumane shooting of a stray dog named Kopi by Terengganu’s Besut District Council (MDB) has sparked public outcry.

MDB’s president, Mohd Sukeri Ibrahim claims that the shooting was carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures and complied with the Animal Welfare Act.
