We often celebrate the love, playfulness, curiosity, and affection of dogs, but we may not know that other animals such as cows share many of these same beautiful qualities? Just like our beloved dogs, cows are sentient beings—they can form strong bonds, feel joy, and even mourn. 🐾💔

Yet, we often treat them so differently even though they both deserve our compassion and kindness. One simple way to show our compassion is to make kinder choices – like opting for plant-based meals 🌱. We eat about 3 times a day, so we get 3 chances in a day to make a kinder choice and save a life – that is how impactful your choice can be! 💚
