Do you remember Khaopad? The dog whose leg was caught in a snare trap 🥺

A feral jungle dog, she’d had minimal human contact until then, making it very difficult to help her. Fearing for her life, concerned locals called on our team.

Khaolad has been in our care for a year and is physically healed. Though still very fearful of humans, the gentle patience of her carer and our behavioural team are helping her grow more confident and trusting over time. 💙

In the meantime, she takes comfort from her doggy friends and trusts that there will be food, water, and safe shelter every day – a certainty she never had before.
