Gerald’s Yowling

Gerald has been confined indoors for a month now.

Of course he has not stopped yowling, but the yowling was getting really, really intense and bad for the past few days. It had been louder and more persistent.

It also looked like he was trying to find a way to escape to the outdoors.

Gerald’s mental health vs his safety…it is a tough call, but let’s see how it is moving forward.

The vet did say that it’s not good for the cat’s mental health if he is not happy being confined and prefers to be outdoors. Before this, he was just yowling whenever he is awake, but in the past few days, he seemed to be looking for a way out as well. I don’t know why this new behaviour just surfaced.
