Anyone knows of farms that can take them?

There is a construction site in Bukit Raja Klang. There are some stray dogs here. My client has issue a memo to us to clear all the dogs by this month. it is a very big warehouse, client is very not happy with the dogs pooping inside the warehouse, hence they want to clear the dogs all out of the warehouse.
