It’s true, bears love a good picnic. Here you see pics of a good day for elderly rescued bears at the ARKA rescue center in Serbia. The bears count on us to help provide good food, and they aren’t the only ones.

Harmony Fund hosts a league of some of the best rescue heroes on the planet. You can call us underdogs – it’s a crown we wear proudly. Despite having the leanest of resources, we care for thousands upon thousands of animals each month providing food, shelter, veterinary care and protection from cruelty. This is bare knuckle rescue that involves hardship, sacrifice and a lot of dirty laundry.
