#DYK that each tiger has a unique stripe pattern? They can be identified through photographs of their flanks. WWF-Malaysia carries out monitoring of the tiger population through the use of camera-traps, so we can:

• Count the number of tigers from camera-trapping surveys

• Monitor how tigers are doing

• Measure our conservation success
