LOST INJURED DOG IN JALAN DR CHEN MAN HIN, SEREMBAN

Any NGO/Rescuer/Shelter in Seremban??

Saw dis dog otw to work. It is injured. Its front leg, limb is hanging/flaying loosely and it is limping. It has a long leash dat it is dragging along as it tries to follow any nearby cars, as though looking for its owner/ help

It is a busy road with alot of cars and it is limping & trying to cross roads & standing in d middle of d road as though looking for its owner to bring it home.

Anyone can help?
