The park only takes in street cats, not those surrendered by people.
Can other municipal councils consider setting up such parks for dogs and cats too?
While ideally, CNRM is the most compassionate way to control the street animals population (returning neutered animals to their colony and looking after them there), if the people are just not ready to accept the presence of neutered street animals, setting up such parks for street animals would be another way.
We are all so, so tired of the catch-and-kill method. Please just stop that.
