I added a teeny weeny pinch of greens powder into the Monsters’ raw food this morning (already laced with pre-probiotics and fish oil) and nobody complained!
Semua sapu habis!
Can’t say the same for the Blondies because getting them to eat is already a huge challenge every day.
I only managed to get Indra to eat a whole lot of raw food this morning. Samantha, a tiny bit, while Akira and Kai decided playing was far more important.
For them, I mixed a pinch of greens powder into their pre-probiotics which is mixed with some Ciao treat.
Like so.
Cats are obligate carnivores so meat is their main food. But they do chew on grasses every now and then, so I plan to add a pinch (just a pinch) of greens powder to their food every now and then (not on a daily basis). It’s just a pinch because too much greens can lead to problems like digestive issues, diarrhoea, vomiting and lots of other health issues. And I’m checking in multiple websites on the possible toxicity of certain greens before deciding which is the safest.
I’m adding greens for the antioxidants and healing properties, as advised by a senior vet. He said, “just a pinch”.
It would not be right for me to list any down here because I am not a pet nutritionist, but if you are interested, please check with your vet or pet nutritionist, or check out reliable websites for information.
I gave some to Gerald too.
Gerald’s whining is down to “low” today. Maybe it’s because the boys were over at our house all morning and they were louder than him!
But even now, with the boys already back in the house, Gerald is quiet.
Shhh….
