Dear all,

As mentioned earlier we are trying to turn MDDB into a self-sustainable org. We have acquired the use of a bungalow in SS3 and are hoping to use it to generate income. We have divided the premise into two areas – one for celebration and one for bereavement. Hence we offer full birthday celebrations for your beloved doggos including food for humans and their pets. If you want to celebrate your own birthday attended by your pooches as well as your friends with their pooches – we will arrange that for you as well. Only restriction is that no alcohol allowed. We will also have funeral packages to honour your dearly departed pooch with a beautiful ceremony to honour his or her memory. We also cater for friends to gather and reminisce over a departed human friend. We will also be having adoption drives, merchandise sales as well as jumble sales at this venue. Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
