His left eye seems badly injured

Anyone that can help, please bring him to the vet for medication, he’s very afraid of strangers/humans as he kept stepping backwards when i tried to approach him.

I was in a rush and didn’t have any leash or cage, i don’t live in subang, this is all i can do.
