We were recently honoured to welcome well-known British actor, producer, and writer Ralf Little to our shelter!

Ralf has graced UK television screens for more than two decades – shooting to fame in the iconic sitcoms The Royle Family and Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps – and currently plays the role of DI Neville Parker in the hit BBC series Death in Paradise.

A huge animal lover, Ralf’s compassion extends beyond the screen. While filming death in Paradise in the Caribbean, he created a fundraiser to aid street dogs that wandered onto the set. He has since helped numerous stray dogs find homes in the US and even adopted two dogs himself!

On his recent visit to Thailand, Ralf took the time to visit our sanctuary to meet some of the dogs and cats in our care, share his love and warmth with them, and even made time for photo call with big fans of his – CEO, Louise and Operations Director, Sam.

We are so grateful to Ralf for popping in to say hello, and for his support for stray animals across the globe. His kindness and compassion shine both on and off the screen, an inspiration to us all.✨

Soi Dog Foundation

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals. Soi Dog also has a treatment facility in Bangkok and responds to crisis situations throughout Thailand.
