Dear all,

This dog was rescued and admitted by a feeder at Gasing Vet. She has been named Girl and was transferred to Animed Vet at Bandar Makhota Cheras. She has a spinal fracture and needs urgent surgery before the fracture calcifies. Dr Hoo is going to Bali on Thurs and only has tomorrow to carry out the surgery. We have been asked to pay a RM5,000 deposit by tonight. And due to time constraints and manpower shortage, they want you to pay one lump sum instead of multiple direct transfers. Therefore, no choice but to take in the funds directly into our account to be transfered to Animed. Please help us help Girl have the much needed surgery. Thanking you in anticipation.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
