BREAKING NEWS: four puppies rescued from the illegal dog meat trade ‼

Following a tip-off from a local resident, our trusted partner organisation Animal Kingdom Foundation (AKF) immediately sprang into action and coordinated with police to move quickly.

Upon their arrival, they found a horrific scene. A kitchen full of tools covered in blood, one dog carcass and four young puppies cruelly chained up, terrified, and clearly bearing the scars of abuse and torture 💔.

While these four lucky survivors were saved just in time, approximately 500 dogs are still slaughtered for their meat every single day in the Philippines.
