Calzone Was Found By One Of Our Mobile Sterilisati..

Calzone was found by one of our mobile sterilisation teams. But this little lad needed more than just sterilising. He needed urgent treatment for a deep and painful wound on his right front leg. 😟

With the wound penetrating right through to the bone, the team transferred Calzone to our hospital for the intensive care he needed, which included the amputation of his leg.

We’ve seen time and time again how well dogs adapt to life on three legs, and Calzone is no exception! He enjoys his walks and is super active in his enclosure – a space he shares with other small and often specially abled dogs like him. 🥰

It is only thanks to you that Calzone is living happily and healthily today. He really didn’t stand a chance out there on his own.
