An Update On Umbrella ☂️

Umbrella was rescued from the bottom of a well where she’d fallen while escaping from a pack of dogs. ☂️

She must have used up at least one of her nine lives in the process as, upon examination, our vets found she hadn’t sustained any major injuries.

It was decided that Umbrella should stay at the shelter for her safety and also for treatment for alopecia, which had left her fur patchy and painfully itchy.

While Umbrella is looking so much better now, the most remarkable part of her recovery has been in her demeanour. 😻 The fear in her eyes is long gone, and she’s turned into the most playful girl – almost like she’s making up for all those years spent living on the streets in survival mode.
