Kaolad's Incredible Recovery

In an unthinkable act of cruelty, Kaolad was slashed not once, not twice, but three times with a machete. 😓

The worst injury was to his head. Too graphic to show, the wound left his skull exposed. It’s a miracle he survived.

Our Emergency Response Team rushed Kaolad to Soi Dog where he immediately underwent surgery to stem the bleeding and reconstruct his wounds.

We are so proud to show you the results today. Thanks to your support and the careful work of our veterinary team, what were once serious wounds are now fading scars. 🙌

Incredibly, Kaolad holds no grudge against people either. Any opportunity for a cuddle or a ruffle of his scruffy fur and he’s there. 🥰

What you have done for Kaolad is nothing short of incredible – thank you. 🙏🧡 To help even more dogs like him survive and thrive, please click here: https://links.soidog.org/donate-today-to-save-lives
