Hey there, it’s Palermo! 🐾 I’m a pup from the TNRM program, and I’ve been through some changes here at the SPCA. With care and patience, I’m starting to feel more at ease. I was even featured on the SPCA x Ong Shunmugam tote bags!

As a big foodie, I love mealtimes. My guardians have been hand-feeding me during meals to help me trust humans more, and I’ve gotten pretty good at walking on a leash! Everyday things like cars and bikes can be a bit overwhelming, but I’m working so hard on it.

If you’re thinking about adopting me, just know that progress might be slow. But please be patient with me! I’m still a puppy going through my second fear period, kinda like human adolescence. So. I’m looking for experienced owners who understand my needs and are up for some force-free training and on-going socialisation. Oh, and it’d be awesome if there’s another doggy friend waiting for me at home! 🏡
