A Tale Of Three Street Dogs

Once you adopt, it’s hard to stop – just ask three-time Soi Dog adopter Annette!

Since first stepping foot in the shelter 10 years ago, Annette has adopted three lucky soi dogs – Scooby, Annie and Pidle.

Scooby and Pidle were brought in with severe injuries to their mouths, while Annie was rescued after a machete attack. Though they each had their own unique stories, personalities, looks and quirks, they all shared one thing in common: their need for a loving home.

Annette met and bonded with each of them while volunteering at the shelter. Walking, socialising and spending quality time with them every day gave her the chance to understand their characters and see that they’d be a great fit for her back in the UK.

While Scooby and Annie are sadly no longer with us, they left a lasting impact on Annette, and their memory lives on in little Pidle who joined the home last year.
