🐾 Soi Dog’s Bangkok team joins royal rabies event! 👑

Soi Dog was proud to join a sterilisation and vaccination event in the northeast province of Udon Thani recently as part of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn’s inspiring project, “Disease-Free Animals, Rabies-Free People”.🦮👩‍⚕️

Held at the serene Buddhist monastery, Wat Pa Baan Tat, the event brought together HRH Princess Chulabhorn’s Veterinary Volunteer Unit, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine from Kasetsart University, local government officials, universities, and our dedicated Soi Dog team.🙏

Dr. Oob, Soi Dog’s CNVR Director, along with Dr. Nat, the Bangkok Mobile Veterinary Manager, and Dr. Jane, the Bangkok Mobile Veterinarian were at the forefront of this noble endeavour to establish a rabies-free community and manage the stray animal population. This is the first time the Bangkok team is working with the Princess.

The fight against rabies is a shared responsibility, with numerous projects in Thailand dedicated to this mission. Among them are Princess Chulabhorn’s ‘Free Rabies Project’ and Soi Dog’s large-scale CNVR (Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return) programme, which you so kindly support.

Thanks to you, we’ve successfully vaccinated and spayed/neutered over 1,021,419 animals through our CNVR programme, leading to a significant drop in rabies cases nationwide. 🐾🙌
