I am sure that all of you know that there is an acute shortage of rice in the market. There is no more local rice which we used to get at RM80 for 50 kgs anymore. In fact there is no more local rice at all. We have been looking around and found a distributor who can give us a imported ricexat RM150 per 50 kg sack. We are hoping to buy some for at least the next two months. We need 900 kgs of rice every month to feed the almost 400 doggos. Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
