Team Tcs Is Out In The Field To Trap River Terrapi..

Team TCS is out in the field to trap river terrapins in locations where they were known to be found historically.

After decades of hardwork by Jabatan PERHILITAN Semenanjung Malaysia in protecting river terrapin eggs and releasing hatchlings into the rivers, we are attempting to determine their presence in these rivers.

Are the terrapins able to survive in the rivers? If not, why?

The first leg of the 10-day field work concluded yesterday, but the team did not find any terrapins, unfortunately. They have moved on to the second location today, and hopefully have better luck!
