Another week, another Turtle Camp🥳🐢

On 22nd August, we conducted another Turtle Camp session at SK Bukit Anak Dara, marking yet another week of engaging and educational activities centered around turtle conservation.

The Turtle Camp initiative, sponsored by Deleum Sdn Bhd has proven to be a highly engaging and impactful programme, with last week’s session attracting the participation of 168 students from various academic levels. 👏

The students listened attentively to the informative talk, which covered various species of sea turtles, terrapins and tortoises. They displayed a commendable level of engagement and enthusiasm during the session. Their attentiveness and active participation in the talk, along with their thoughtful questions, showcased their genuine interest and commitment to turtle conservation. ✨

In addition to that, visiting the turtle exhibition enables students to interact with turtle specimens and observe live terrapin hatchlings, fostering a sense of connection and stewardship towards these endangered creatures and their habitats. 🐢

We extend our gratitude to the teachers for their unwavering support throughout the Turtle Camp programme. Not to forget, this sponsorship from Deleum Sdn Bhd has been instrumental in the success of the programme and has allowed us to provide valuable educational experiences for the students of SK Bukit Anak Dara. 🫶
