#14 Bear | Male | 7 years old | Black

Named after Bear Grylls, Bear is a pack leader and truly an alpha fighter and survivor. In June 2021, Bear attacked and killed a cobra that came into his enclosure at the TNRM Transit Centre but unfortunately got bitten in the fight. He almost lost his life defending his territory and his pack but thankfully we rushed him to the vet in time to get the anti-venom and he miraculously survived. He is probably the most feral dog we have at the Sanctuary and isn’t the friendliest but we think he knows we saved his life and doesn’t bark at us as much anymore 😂
