Dear Kah Yein,
I saw this Mr. Lime, male cat, looking for food, and come inside my house garden.
And … i managed to catch this target cat.
I will send him to vet for Spay / Neuter.
I wish to apply for subsidisy forspay neuter charges.
I will vaccinate first.
Files attached are the photo of Mr. Lime.

We have subsidised RM20 for the vaccination, and will await the receipt for the neutering next.
