Hi,

A dog has made itself at home on our street, and neighbours are getting unhappy. Already heard about calling majlis.

I absolutely can’t keep the dog as I have 24 cats, and they have outings in our compound. I also feed a couple of neighbourhood strays at our place. Since I manage the cats on my own, I honestly dont have the energy and money to handle a dog. The dog is not cat-friendly.

Dog looks healthy, but maybe has some sort of itchy skin? Friendly, can understand simple commands like ‘sit’ and ‘no’, but super active when hungry or food is brought into picture.

Really need someone to take the dog home. It is in my compound for now, as I’m worried majlis would take it away.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
