hi kah yein,

i saw an injured dog on wednesday night at this flat desa permai, kampung lembah jaya utara ampang. (it’s an malay kampung area)
is a brown adult male dog. there is a big hole right on his head, ( approx. 7cm diameter wound )

I explained that we are not a rescue team, but a medical fund, so we will help with the treatment costs of the dog. As for rescuing, we can only blog for rescuers to help Keng Seong. I asked for a photo.

i tried to take photo of him, but he was moving too fast, that he might tot that i want to attack him. i wonder if u could just send my details out and get rescue team for him? (if is without any photos?)

the wound smells terrible!! there could be maggots on it!! sad!
