📢📢向大家更新Collin的情况，由Dr.Nita向我们转述了当天Dr.Lee也在场监督的一场手术，并了解到了Collin实际面对的各种问题，目前她已经截肢被人锯断的后腿，伤口缝合情况良好👍👍

Dr.Nita表示Collin感染了犬焦虫病(俗称狗虱病)，属于发病初期，因此手术之后也出现了血小板急剧下降的现象，正常值是550W，Collin的血小板指数在术后的3天里面下降到了520W，这也是其中一个因素影响了她的肝脏和脾脏😨如果血小板再下降是有可能危及生命。

目前Collin已被安排接出院，会安置在园区的特别区域以便特别照顾她，也会让她以药物治疗狗虱病，并且会在复诊时候根据情况安排输血，希望Collin能够尽快恢复健康，虽然少了一条腿，但我们希望她至少可以是健康有活力的。

An update on Collin’s situation has been provided to everyone. Dr. Nita conveyed details of a surgery that was overseen by Dr. Lee on the same day, shedding light on the various challenges Collin is currently facing. Presently, she has undergone amputation of the leg that was sawn off by someone, and her wound has been stitched up successfully 👍👍

Dr. Nita explained that Collin has contracted canine ehrlichiosis (commonly referred to as tick fever), which is in its initial stages. Consequently, there has been a sharp decline in her platelet count after the surgery.

The normal value is 550W, but within the first three days post-surgery, Collin’s platelet count has dropped to 520W 😨This factor has also affected her liver and spleen, and further platelet decrease could potentially harm her life.

At present, Collin has been scheduled for discharge from the hospital. She will be placed in a designated area within the sanctuary for specialized care. Treatment for tick fever will be administered, and blood transfusions will be considered during subsequent appointments depending on her condition. Our hope is for Collin to regain her health promptly. Despite the loss of a limb, our aspiration is for her to lead a healthy and spirited life.
