Dear Dog Lovers,

Urgently looking for potential blood donors for Lucky, my 5 yrs old Rottweiler who is in ICU at University Veterinary Hospital, Serdang (since 31st Jul 2023). Her blood count dropped to 24 (8th Aug 2023). We are appealing for potential blood donors with following criteria.

- healthy dog age between 1 yr to 7 yrs old,

- weight at least 30 kg, AND

- updates with vaccinations

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
