Sumoto came to Soi Dog when he was three months old after being hit by a car. He could hardly stand on account of his hip dysplasia, and his right eye was inflamed to the point he’d lost vision in it entirely.

Sumoto underwent surgeries to repair his hips and remove his sore eye. Fortunately, he recovered well and found his smile again.
