Dear all,

For the entire month of Aug, MDDB will not be rescuing or carrying out any medical or food fund raising. We will instead only raise funds for MDDB as our funds have seriously depleted. We know that donors cannot overstretch themselves. We have operational costs such as staff allowances, utility bills, car maintenance as well as other miscellaneous expenses too. The number of our dogs are increasing by the day including disabled ones. Please help us rebuild our funds this month. We will be very very grateful.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
