This week alone there’s been more than on case whereby mother dogs and their puppies were suspected to have been dumped. If people don’t want puppies – they should get their dogs spayed and neutered. They cannot expect their female dogs to keep their legs crossed and their male dogs to keep theirs zipped up. Some say there isn’t a need for their male pets to be neutered. That is wrong. Your male dog can impregnate unfixed females, especially street dogs, if you are in the habit of letting your dogs out to poo and pee on their own. It is also very evil to dump your pregnant female dog or a female that has given birth – because it’s YOUR fault and not hers – if you too are in the habit of letting her go out on her own to poo and pee. And please do not give the excuse it’s a sin to get them fixed – these are animals. When we can chop off their heads and eat them, there is nothing wrong in removing their reproductive organs.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
