Congratulations to Koperasi Landskap Kelapa Sawit Sabah Bhd (LKSS) for achieving a new milestone in sustainability! 25 members of the growers’ cooperative were recently awarded the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certificate based on their audits.

LKSS is the first growers cooperative in Malaysia to receive the certification for the Eligibility Phase of the RSPO Independent Smallholder Standard under the group certification scheme.

WWF-Malaysia through its Sustainable Palm Oil Team has helped to facilitate the formation of LKSS since 2019 and it has now grown to over 300 members. We are proud of their sustainability journey and hope other members will follow suit.
