Warning This Story Might Leave You In Happy Tears...

Warning! This story might leave you in (happy) tears 🥺💕

Enzo was only a day old when he was found abandoned in a box outside someone’s house. He was so tiny, and his eyes were not yet open to the world. Being so young and separated from his mum, Enzo was placed in foster care with one of our staff members who gave him round-the-clock care, even bringing him to the office every day. Watching him grow became part of our daily routine.

Days turned into weeks and weeks into months, and the bond between them grew stronger until they were inseparable and she decided to make Enzo a permanently part of her family.

Today, Enzo is living his best teenage life with his rescue Golden Retriever sister Vela in Bangkok! Here’s a lovely update from his mum:

“Enzo was only paper-roll-sized when I fostered him. He was so tiny that I couldn’t find clothes his size. I had to cut holes in socks or knit sweaters for him, but soon I realised I had to knit new ones every week, because he was getting bigger super fast. Now he’s one year old and weighs 30kg!

Enzo is super smart, cheeky and always curious about everything. He LOVES vegetables, especially bitter ones! His favourite dish is fried egg with cha-om [Thai vegetable].

Enzo gets along well with my other rescue Golden Vela. Vela has always been a good baby caretaker since Enzo was small, and now she’s a good big sister for him. The two have special bond. I often find them holding hands when they sleep next to each other, sit or walk in same position, like they have always been part of each other.

Enzo is very outdoorsy when the weather gets hot. But if it’s too hot, he prefers to relax in a room with air conditioning on, exposing his belly and legs to the cool air.

Enzo is simply cheeky, goofy and smetimes stubborn, but he’s so special and loved by everyone in the house ❤”
