15,867 animals neutered and vaccinated in April 🎉

A few weeks ago, we shared the news that, with your support, Soi Dog had surpassed 900,000 sterilisations in March.

But our teams and partners didn’t have time to celebrate! They launched right back into their good work and in April reached almost 16,000 more animals.

This brings our total for 2023 to 69,693 and our all-time total to 919,250 💪

Large-scale sterilisation and vaccination (known at Soi Dog as our CNVR programme – Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return) truly is the only humane way of reducing the overpopulation of dogs and cats and the suffering they face on the streets.

That’s why it’s our largest programme and, because of your kind contributions as well as the generous support of Dogs Trust Worldwide in Bangkok, the largest programme of its kind in the world.

Soi Dog Foundation

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals.
