Please Contact The Requester Directly First

Whenever we put up any request from our readers, the requester’s contact details are always posted (either email or phone number). If you’d like to respond to the request (whether to make enquiries or offer help), it is preferable that you write to or call/sms the requester directly for quicker results.

If you leave a comment in the post, the requester might not read it as some are not aware of the comments section in every post.

Of course you may leave a comment for the benefit of all readers but if you want quick results (which is paramount in urgent cases), kindly do both – leave a comment and contact the requester directly.

All comments are moderated, and I will also help you inform the requester, but I am not online 24/7, so it may take a few hours before your comments are published or I can respond. Time is of the essence, so, please use the fastest channel, ie. contact the requester directly first especially if it is urgent.
