A #furrytailending story from Soi Dog alumni Malaikhao ❤

Malaikhao was brought to Soi Dog in 2021 after she was found limping by the side of the road, likely following a road traffic accident.

After making a full recovery, Malaikhao caught the eye of our partner rescues, Refuge Balto and was chosen to travel to Canada. She has since been adopted and renamed Mala.

It’s been almost a year since Malaikhao found her forever home, and her family couldn’t be happier! We let the following update and photos tell more of Malaikhao and her new life:

“This girl is perfect. She quickly adapted to her new life. Still fearful of strangers, but does show an interest… it’s her who must take the first steps!

Mala loves being outside and going for walks to discover all the smells left by other dogs before us.😜 She runs so fast that she could almost do the Olympics! And what is comical is that when she runs, she jumps after a few strides like a gazelle or a doe!
