Yesterday Marley, our recent rescue with a huge tumour on her side, started breathing funny. Then she started bleeding from her private part. Thanks to our capable staff, they immediately did the necessary first aid and Bailey expelled a dead puppy! Our staff have confirmed there was only one puppy inside which appears to have been dead and stuck inside for quite a while. Marley haf gone to several vetetinary facilities and had tests and scans but this was not ‘caught’ at all.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
