MBPJ IS INVESTIGATING ITS DOG CATCHING TEAM. POLICE REPORT HAS BEEN MADE BY DOG OWNER. THREE DOGS AND ONE PUPPY ARE SAFE AT PAWS AND CAN BE CLAIMED BACK BY OWNER. Hopefully dogcatchers will be duly dealt with and dogs are safely back with owners. HOPEFULLY CLOWNS WILL NOT JUMP IN AND TURN THIS INTO A FRENZY FEST FOR PUBLICITY WHICH WILL RESULT IN UNCLE LOSING OUT.
