12 more hours before ACRES signs a landmark MOU with the Lao Zoo for the establishment of the first Wildlife Rescue and Education Centre in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The ACRES Wildlife Rescue and Education Centre will provide sanctuary to mainly bears! The MOU ceremony will be witnessed by H.E. ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.
