“I found this dog in Eco Hill Park, abandoned by the owner, I think because he still have his leash on him.. I go for walk everyday there, he have been in the park for the past few days without food and drink, he is so skinny and sad. Can someone help to rescue the dog pls 🙏 Suzana – 0123200041

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).
