It’s the school holiday! Here’s how you can occupy your weekend this week.

Come on down to KLCC Convention Centre for a fun family outing! The annual DRT SHOW is happening on Friday-Sunday, 24th-26th Feb from 10am-7pm, showcasing exhibits cutting-edge dive equipment and presents the latest technology and innovative diving products.

There will also be numerous dive resort centers with attractive holiday packages available! If you are passionate about diving, come and join diving seminars with expert speakers.

You can also drop off your children at our booth, B31! We have many hands-on activities to keep them occupied. We will be hosting several activities including jigsaw puzzles, batu seremban (five stones), 2D turtle colouring, DIY batik painting and turtle origami.

On Sunday, 26th we are co-hosting a Cross-stitch Bookmark Workshop with MiRu Makes. This hands-on family activity is a hybrid of arts and crafts and spreading awareness on turtle conservation. Children will learn to stitch a turtle pattern on a cross-stitch fabric that will be mounted on a piece of art card. Points are already marked on the fabric as guides. At the end of the workshop, the craft can be made into a bookmark. There are 3 time slots available:

🐢Slot 1: 10.30am – 12.00pm

🐢Slot 2: 2.00pm – 3.30pm

🐢Slot 3: 4.00pm – 5.30pm

The registration fee for this cross-stitch workshop is RM28/pax, and it is inclusive of a cross-stitch starter kit* and a digital Certificate of Participation. Various thread colours will be provided.

Turtle Conservation Society

The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was established in October 2011. The aim of the society is to bring about the recovery of depleted wild populations of turtles, with particular reference to freshwater turtles, in Malaysia through partnerships with like-minded organizations, individuals and local communities as well as through its own programs.
