A female Shih Tzu was found roaming in Taman Sri Garing (Kuala Garing), Rawang, Selangor on Friday early morning 6am (16 December 2022). A passerby caught, posted in the Taman Whatsapp group and kept in the Taman Guard House for the owner to collect. Unfortunately, none came to collect her until now. If you lost your old loyal friend. Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).
