The life of a stray cat can often be a cruel one. With no food, water or shelter – every day can be a struggle. And that’s even before the deadly viruses, road traffic accidents and human conflict.

This year, we have treated more cats than ever before. Back in August, we experienced the highest intake of cats since we were founded nearly twenty years ago. A total of 327 cats came through our doors needing help in August alone, compared to 259 the previous year.

Overall, we have seen a 16% increase in the number of cats needing treatment in 2022. With your help, we have been able to care for them. But with no government support, we depend on the help of animal lovers like you to continue to support the increasing numbers we are seeing.
