After being hit by a car, Colissa was found stumbling around the streets – unable to bear any weight on her left front leg. She was in so much pain, and cried out in pain when anyone tried to touch her. 😔

Due to the extent of the injury, her leg sadly couldn’t be saved, and our veterinary team had to perform an amputation. But with the support of people like you, Colissa made an incredible transformation and has a new lease for life.

When it’s time for a walk, it’s an absolute must for Colissa to say hello to everyone she meets, and it’s incredibly heartening to see how infectious her joy is. Maybe it’s her way of saying thank you for being rescued, and given a second chance. 🧡
