园区里太多狗时常想名字想到伤脑筋

这只老扣扣的老母狗没名字

我们都叫她做 “歪头老母狗”

(这里就叫她歪歪吧

歪歪之前患有严重耳疾，导致她的头变成了歪歪的

园区的狗狗这几年来严重老龄化

歪歪是我们照顾的其中一只最老的狗

好几年前在救她的时候，她已经上了年纪

一支前脚是没有脚掌的，在街头一瘸一瘸的流浪，非常可怜心酸

这一年来她的老年病更是不断，

我们也数不清她进出医院的次数了…..

甚至也老得无法站起来走路了

感谢爱心朋友捐的婴儿床，她在里面睡得很安稳

歪歪很爱干净，不喜欢在自己的床大小解

要上大号小号时就会一直喊人来抱她

她也很喜欢被人抱着

时常抱着她就舒服了也乖乖的不吵了

歪歪走后，婴儿床马上又安置了另外一只无法走路的老狗

狗是如此如此的多，我们甚至都没时间为她难过…. 💔

园区不会放弃生病和年老的毛孩

像侍奉自己家中的老父老母一样

用心照顾这些老孩子的需求，一发现有不对劲，马上急奔医院做治疗

因为 【老】，而需要被放弃

真的无法接受这样的做法和观念

因为每个人、每种生物，终有一天你我都会老

当你老了，期望得到的是爱和照顾，或是嫌弃和放弃？

答案了然于心

希望大家不要放弃、抛弃家中的老毛孩

老了、病了，才是它最需要你的时候

This old furkid with a white beard, before we had time to post an introduction post for her, she had already became a little angel… And this turns out to be a condolence post 😢 May she rest in peace 💔

There are too many dogs in our shelter, and it is often a headache to think of names. This old female dog has no name, we used to call her “head tilt old dog” (Let’s call her Wai wai here

Wai Wai suffered from serious ear infections before, causing head tilt problem.

Our shelter dogs have been seriously aging in recent years, Wai Wai is one of the oldest dogs under our care.

When we rescued her several years ago, she was already old. One of her front feet has no paw, she was limping and hardly survived on the street, it was very sad.

This year, we can’t even count the number of times she’s been in and out of the hospital due to geriatric diseases, she was even too old to even stand up and walk. Thanks to the caring friend for donating the crib, she slept peacefully in it.

Wai Wai loves to be clean, she doesn’t like to pee and poo in her own bed. When she wants to do her business, she will keep calling for someone to come and carry her out of the crib.

She also loves being hugged very much.

She felt comfortable when we hold her.

Immediately after she passed away, another old dog who couldn’t walk was placed in the crib she used to sleep in, there are so many dogs that we need to take care of and sadly we don’t even have time to mourn for her…. 💔

HOPE shelter will not abandon sick and elderly furkids. We serve the senior dogs like we serve our own elderly parents, carefully take care of their needs and rush to the clinic for treatment as soon as we find something is wrong.

We really can’t accept practices and concepts that old furries need to be given up just because they’re old.

Because everyone, every creature, you and I will be old one day. When you are old, what do you expect to get is love and care, or disgust and abandonment? The answer is clear in everyone’s heart.

Please do not give up and abandon your old pet.

When they are old and sick, that is the moment they need you the most.
